CrossFit Victoria

Personal fitness training

If you are looking to take your fitness training to the next level with some dedicated, personal attention then personal fitness sessions are for you. Each session is tailored to the needs of the individual athlete. We focus on the correct execution of biomechanical movements and techniques, the development of various skills and promote an ongoing lifestyle change that results in lasting health & fitness.

Personal training sessions work because they are tailored to the individual and include:

  • in-depth technique training
  • biomechanical and postural assessments
  • a clear plan on how to achieve your goals
  • workouts designed to benefit the individual
  • ongoing motivation and support
  • a killer workout!

Sessions are generally 30 minutes in length however sessions may last anywhere from 30-90 minutes depending on the individual requirements of the athlete.

"I'd definitely recommend CrossFit Victoria; great trainers, interesting workouts, I feel very much as if I'm in safe hands and that the workouts are holistic and part of a bigger picture rather than just a bunch of exercises chucked together to make up 45 minutes. Originally I was only going to do 6 weeks of PT to kick start me into exercising again but now I'm not sure how I will be able to give it up!"

choosing your trainer

The first thing that you should consider when choosing a trainer is whether they are right for you. The trainer may have a great reputation with heaps of testimonials but that will count for nothing if don't get along.

Don't be afraid to ask questions of your potential trainer. Ask about their experience. Ask why they think they can help you. Ask anything you feel is warranted. After all, it's your time, your money and more importantly your health and fitness that is at stake.

Good training isn't cheap and cheap training isn't good. It's true of all products and services. You will always get what you pay for.

Re-assess your trainer after you have done some training with them. Does your trainer attend to your individual needs? Do you feel like you are making progress? Do you agree with the training philosophy?
