300 double unders (for time).

Perform 5 toe-to-bar for every break in the double unders.

Record total time and number of penalties incurred (e.g. 4 penalties means you did 20 toes-to-bar).

If you scale to single unders, you must complete 750 reps plus a 25 burpee penalty. This is all included in the time recorded for the WOD.
