Rest day

Work on recovery today, some ideas:

  • Foam roller work
  • Stretching
  • Mobility drills

If your squat ain’t all it can be then it’s time for some Squat Therapy!

    6pm – had an all girl class tonight, thanks to Chloe, Jen and V for turning up in the pouring rain, the blokes must be soft!!
