WHAT IS CROSSFIT?
CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many
police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations
units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional
athletes worldwide.
Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general,
and inclusive. Our specialty is not specialising. Combat, survival,
many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish
the specialist.
The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree
not kind. Skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their
best fitness from the same regimen.

Did anyone try this? Curious to see how people went...
This is the first crossfit workout I have tried for some time(I did 3 about 2 months ago). I didn't time it with a stop watch but it took 13 min (from phone). I started with the CFWU x 3. I only used 25kg to try and ease into it. The first set was easy, but there were lots of short rest periods after that. Alot harder than I thought but at least I have finally started. Kurt, Sydney
Good work Kurt! Glad to hear you're back on to CrossFit. Feel free to join our discussion forum community! Cheers, Adam.
