Thought I'd give it a go but modified the weight of the dumbbells to a quarter of my bwt for the Farmers Walk, as it was my first time... and I'm glad I did! It's a killer on the forearms. Time was 19.17 with 7 sets of burpees due to the "burn" in the arms.. which just added to it!

Under 20 mins still sounds like a great time.
Great work Anthony. Good to see that you scaled the workout appropriately. I didn't expect to see many people return a time under 30 min as RX'd, so 1/4 bwt at sub 20 min is impressive. It's a great workout and simple too.
