Fitting out your own home training facility does not have to be an expensive exercise. A lot of gear can be made by yourself or you can find a welder to help you out. In many cases you will be able to find second-hand equipment. And sometimes everyday bits and pieces will provide great tools for your workouts.

Kettlebells are a wonderfully versatile and long-lasting weight training tool. They are virtually indestructible and can be used for hundreds of strength and conditioning exercises.
