Snatch & Swing

Based on an idea from CrossFit Invictus
Every minute, on the minute, for 20 minutes, perform:
- 3 Power Snatch
- 6 Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)
Score the total amount successfully snatched during the workout. If you do not complete a set within the assigned 60 seconds, go ahead and finish the set and then sit out the remainder of the set that you overlapped.
Lvl 0: PS 20/15kg
Lvl 1: PS 40/25
Lvl 2+: PS 60/40

Some inspiring efforts today with a couple pushing through back/hip tightness. Smart scaling by all with everyone feeling the burn! I think this wod floored just about everyone today which was very cool to see. Keep up the great work
