For Time:
- 10 – 1 Push Press
- 10 – 1 L-pullups

Alternate between each movement

Lvl 0: PP 40/25kg – strict pull-ups (use band is required)
Lvl 1: PP 50/35 – tuck pull-ups
Lvl 2+: PP 60/40

    A high level of intensity was maintained throughout, eveidenced by all the bodies dodging each other on the way to pull-ups.
    It was due to the sensible scaling options chosen… and some “friendly advice” to drop the weight down mid workout :-)
