For time:
- 2km row
- 50 burpees
- 100 lateral jumps (over 2 x 20kg plate for men/1 x 20kg plate for women)
Complete these tasks in any order, including breaking up the row and the reps as you like. The time cap for this workout is 18min.

WOD break down – 5 reps of 10 burpees plus 20 lat jumps. Then 2k row. Keeps the burpees and jumps intense and quick. I confess this was Matt’s strategy and I just followed it.
Strategy went like this 800 mtr run to start then 20 burpees, 25 lateral jumps, 400 mtr run 15 burpees, 25 lateral jumps, 400 mtr run 15 burpees, 25 lateral jumps, 400 mtr run 25 lateral jumps.

For this wod I did 1000 row the 5 rounds 20 jumps and 10 burpees then finished off with the last 1000 row!

For me, this was by far the most ‘difficult’ WOD of the weekend. All head and pain. I reckon you would have finished more quickly at the sectionals Matt. All that energy, the crowd and a desire to kick arse.
