CFV, i want to reiterate my point from this morning when you asked how we are finding the programming. The answer is great in my view. There are a lot of aches and pains around the box but that is the inevitable price of pushing yourself. As i said “if you’re not f@cked by fridsy, you’re not trying hard enough” – that would look good on a new T I reckon?!
I have said in the past your job is to provide the platform for the athletes to do as much or as little as they want. I see every athlete in the sessions I attend going for it each and every WOD and all are without doubt getting fitter, faster and stronger – you can see it in the the times, rounds and weights.
So, yes I think the prgramming is working fine. It is not supposed to be easy. When someone answers that it is – then review!
Keep moving.
