Once you can be brave enough to challenge your reflexive behavior and first line of cognitive response to day to day situations you will start learning much more about yourself and your diet. Learning and being open minded with regard to nutrition is hard. No one likes having to change their diet today, when yesterday they didnt have to.

The greatest barrier is not having a clear goal. With no goal in place its too easy to ask yourself “why am I denying myself”.
