    ha, had a feeling that would come up. i’ve done the crossfit endurance cert and loved it. but…. its one of the hardest things to actually maintain and at that point (in photo) i had ran about 280k’s in 20 days so my form , as much as i tried to hold it, was out the door. sometimes it comes down to determination. although can’t run long in the volleys, prefer 5 fingers. ace
