Rest as required

Run The Gasser (4x50m shuttle) three times with 2 minutes rest between efforts

    We followed a slightly different rep scheme to get in some needed technique practice.
    PC: 5-3-3-2-1-1-1
    Ben: 40, 50, 60, 65, 70, 75 (PB), 80 (F), 2 x 3reps @ 60kg
    Hanna: 20, 30, 30, 35, 40(PB), 45 (F), 40
    Subbed 3 x 200m t’mill run for 3 x Gasser.
    No times.
