   Oh yes, I really really need one of those really really badly right now. For those who did the cert yesterday and turned up or…. will be turning up for a work out today….is a mutant….

   I went in on the monday after my cert, after the flight, I was all giddy on intensity, it wasn’t much fun and I slept for the next 3 days but I still made it in! hahaha.
   Also I think you will find the guys name is Cressey, not Cressley. I was actually worked through magnificent mobility last night. Good stuff!
