    Alex, it’s Paul from KAF. Good job at the qualifiers-saw you on the video. Was Brad in there as well? I thought I saw him but wasn’t sure. How’s life back in Australia?

    Was reasonably happy with this effort. The scaling made it more of metcon than it otherwise would have been for me. All reps full ROM. Situps on floor, feet anchored. At a guess rx’d would have taken me 40mins or so…

    sub clap push-ups for parralette push-ups with feet elevated on the big wooden box (wrist injury)
    Happy with time.
    Did 5×5 back sqats with Scott prior to WOD.
    Think I’ll do this more often (strength PT then class)

    Did AMRAP in 10 minutes of
    10x Clapping Pushups
    10x Knees to Elbows
    10x Situps
    5 rounds (+pushups and 4 KTE)
    Deceivingly more difficult than expected
