    Treadmill @2%. Pushed hard on the work intervals and walked slowly on the rest intervals. Running definitely getting better. My hammies are still feeling the 100xDL workout from 3 days ago, and I only did 75% of BW. Took about 30mins today, figured there was no point timing total length and I was unable to time each run. Really enjoyed the past couple of weeks of WODs. Thanks!

    Treadmill @2%. Reached a peak speed of 14.2kph on one of the shorter runs…pretty happy with that! Thanks!
