This one was good, surprised me how much the OH squat takes out of the muscles also required for the pushups.
Did as rx’d, got 7 rounds + 20 OH squats & 5 pushups
Just did this one, 19/3/09.
9 rounds + 2OHS as rx’d.
Was tough and all rounds of pushups broken except first round (ego well and truly checked!), however the OHS @20kg were all unbroken and reasonably quick with good depth. Very happy with them, and I was able to push harder today without feeling sick…getting much better!
