Go to the park, warm up with 5min run.

Then:
5 rounds

  • Sprint 100m
  • Lunge 100m

    13:34 for 3 rounds (wouldn’t have walked for a week if I did 5 rounds!).
    As it is I have to spend the rest of my Sunday walking on very shakey legs, and keeping to flat surfaces only.

    25.46 for 5 rounds.
    More than 100 metres – approx 130m, (maybe a bit more) along a path @ skeleton creek.
    Know exactly where I started & stopped so that I can compare results when I repeat the WO.
