Notice how you do it once for time, rest and then repeat the whole workout not measuring time. That”s how we”ll do it today.

- Run 400m
- 21KB Swings @24kg
- 12 Pull Ups.
Record time, rest and then repeat off the clock.

Today was always going to be interesting after spending all yesterday puking and sh!tting with food poisoning (2nd time this week…thanks China!) and unable to eat. So…
One round approx 2:30 and then had to stop. Was completely on another planet.
Very annoyed, but was not seeing straight (not just fatigue!).
After some time I pushed out the 150squat challenge at medium intensity and practiced a DUs with a shorter rope.
Good to see other people posting times here as well! A bit of online comparison will be good for me. Cheers everyone
