17 + DUs + 5 pullups. rx’d
Loved this one. Would have got 18 rounds but someone got in the way of the pull bar during round 15 (aarrrrrhhhhhh!). All pushups unbroken. All bar one DUs unbroken (same person walked into my swinging rope!). Pullups mostly mixed grip, works best with my kipping.
Hanna:
scaled: pushups on paralettes, pullups @ 45kg assistance.
13 + DUs + Pullups
Did well and managed most sets of pullups and pushups with only one rest.
Technique, strength and endurance all improving for both of us!
ahhaha sweating is definitely not the problem, so clearly I need to groan/yell/scream more. By noise some of the bodybuilder types make in my gym it must make you 30% stronger as well
