First time back squatting in 5mths, so worked on technique and control. Legs handled load comfortably, core/midline could have been better. Looking forward to improving this gradually (80kg is my 5rep PB)
Hanna:
20kgs x 7sets
Technique practice. Looked a lot better after a few sets. Starting to get some depth and control. Load will come.

That is some sweet deadlift technique Brodyn. Nice Inverted lumbar curve, pushing through the toes, heals off the ground…it’s beautiful.
