Previously when its come up something else is done at the gym. I don’t know who the trainer is tonight but if you call up you may find out.

I just need to know by about 3:30. Doesn’t matter to me who the trainer is but for a run I’m not coming to Fitz, for almost anything else I will. I’ll leave it for a couple of hours then call to find out.

PB since i started CF, but way off all-time PB. Still only about the 4th run in several months and felt stronger and fitter, so happy.
Hanna:
35:00 (t’mill @2%)
Had to stop and walk a couple of times, but still improved on previous time by 36secs, so therefore was running hard when running. Happy with it, but need to improve further.
