    What’s the plan for the 6pm session tonight? Might get out there if it’s suitable for me.

    The 11am class did Gi Jane (100 burpie pullups), I think the 12.30pm class was doing Christine, but it’s a different trainer for the 6pm class so hard to say.
    Regardless, if you have an injury/limitation they’ll work around it. I was off anything that involved a knee bend for 3 months and the trainers were excellent at looking after me.

    Yeah thanks Craig, it’s just that it’s a fair hike for me to Fitzroy to end up doing something too modified or too cautious that I could do on my own anyway.
    If I know what movements are involved, I’ll know myself whether or not my back will be able to hack it.
    Who’s taking the 6pm anyway?

    Fair enough, I think it will be Alex who you may not have met yet, he’s one of the newer trainers from Sydney.

    Changed my mind, decided not to risk back.
    Just saw tonight was Cindy, bugger. Would’ve been good to do it with some competition around.
    Oh well, I’ll give the back an extra day rest & as long as the WOD looks ok for me I’ll get out there for tomorrow night, definately this time.
