Monday classes: morning classes off, instead 11am, 12.30pm and 6pm classes running

The Crossfit games qualifiers are approaching. This WOD was one of the workouts used at last year”s games. 5 Rounds for time:
- 5 Deadlift (Male 125kg, Female 85kg)
- 10 Burpees

    Scaled: 60kg DL. 125kg is beyond me, and my back is still a little stiff so kept it light.

    Looking forward to another massage today and some mobility work to free me up. Should be 100% again in a day or so.

    Scaled: 40kg DL.

    DL was relatively easy and technique solid, so heavier next time. Burpees were chest to ground round 1, and then to half way down (stability getting sloppy with fatigue). Very happy with the workout after having most the week off due to travel for work.
    Great work and it was interesting to see what some of the firebreathers did!
