General CrossFit Classes

Our CrossFit classes combine running, Olympic weightlifting, bodyweight movements, kettlebell training, gymnastic movements and a whole heap of other functional movements into short, but intense workouts.

The classes combine all of these varied movements in such a way so that you can become well rounded in all 10 general physical skills that make up fitness. Classes are broken down into several stages including a warm up, strength session, skill breakdown, Workout & cooldown and stretch, all led by one of our CrossFit Coaches.
