Back squat: 5 x 10 @ 70% of 1RM; 20X2 (tempo).

Then 20min of partner stretching.

    Hi CrossFit Victoria – Loved having Georgia train with us today for our Group Saturday Session!! She has done you proud, she’s awesome (took extra Burpee Box Jumps for me and smashed the double unders!)
