AMRAP triplet

AMRAP in 15min:

  • Walking lunges, 20
  • Push-ups, 10
  • Handstand walk, 10m

Run 4x10m shuttle between rounds.

 

Rest, then complete as many strict pull-ups as possible in 3 minutes.

    (subbed 50 dbl unders for handstand walk)
    6 rounds + 5 pushups

    Only 15 strict PU’s in 3 min, lots of room for improvement.

    Then some interval sprints just cause its a lovely day to sweat in the sun!

    Amrap, subbed 4x10m bear crawls for hs walks
    5 rounds + 2 bear walks
    Bear walks were really hard in the sand…or maybe it’s just all the eating and drinking catching up with me ;)

    Followed by swim in the ocean..brr
