  • 50 Box jumps, 24 inch box
  • 50 Jumping pullups
  • 50 Kettle bell swings,16kg
  • 50 Steps, walk ing Lunge
  • 50 Knees to elbows
  • 50 Push press, 20kg
  • 50 Back extensions
  • 50 Wall balls, 9kg ball
  • 50 Burpees
  • 50 Double unders

Scale to the Dirty Thirty as required (30 reps of each)
