5 Rounds for time:

  • Run 800 meters
  • 30 reps KB swing, 32kg
  • 30 pullups

Scale rounds and weight appropriately.

    Well done to everybody that gave “Eva” a go tonight very brave! Big mention to Bryce who did it RXD in less than 40 minutes awesome! By the end of the second class I figured out that the stopwatches change their display after 40 minutes which is why I thought it had flipped out on us sorry to those in the 1730 group! :) But great effort to everybody none the less.
