Rest Day

Welcome to the May programming!

This month we are changing the rest day setup.

We will now include a programmed wod on a rest day for those of you who are not able to follow the 3 on 1 off programming.

WOD

8 x 200m Sprints

Rest 2 minutes between efforts.

    So on rest days is the gym available for technique practice/free work?

    Hey Andy, yes for those following 3on1 off or just need to work on skill/mobility work the rest day will still be available to use as you want.

    We are just adding a programmed workout as some people only get in twice a week and have requested a workout to be available rather than just a rest day.

    The news about rest days is the BEST news I’ve had from Xfit in the past 1.5 years!!!! YAY, I no longer have to plan not to come on certain days!!!!! yayayayayayaya. Very happy!!
