Partner WOD – run/row

Complete 3 rounds:
- Athlete #1 – row 500m (for time)
- Athlete #2 – completes as many 50m shuttles as possible in that time
- Swap immediately

Rest two minutes between rounds.

Score is number of 50m lengths completed. In each round, an athlete can only count completed lengths. Score per round is total of Athlete #1 and Athlete #2. Total is sum of all rounds.

    Very small class today but a more than impressive effort from the two girls, they pushed each other hard and with very consistent efforts have set the score to beat. There was no slacking on the rowers either and Gianna hit a PB on her first row! Awesome job girls :)
