Partner WOD – row/double-unders

In pairs, 4 rounds of:
- Athlete #1 – 2 min row (for Calories)
- Athlete #2 – 2 min double-unders (for reps)
- 1 min rest, then team members swap

Rest 2 minutes after each round.

Score is calories + double-unders for the couple.
