    The clean is a challenging movement. We all need to practice the different positions and then teach our bodies to move through them quickly. Spend time on the PVC or 20kg bar practising the skills we did today in class. Fantastic session with lots of PBs and improved form. Pete manage a 4:34 dead hang from the pullup bar too!
