Rest Day.

Practice something that you know needs practice!

Need an idea?

How about: handstands, pistols, overhead squats, snatch pulls, kipping pull-ups…?

    Andrew W practiced squats with Jason (at his first class)

    Jon D practiced kipping pull-up & OHS

    Bobby & Ian practiced handstands

    Ian then did a moderate intensity “Elizabeth” focusing on technique

    Bobby also practiced power cleans.

    A pretty cruisy class all things considered.

    Didn’t make it this morning but practised sprint repeats at the gym. 3 mins max effort then 20 squats, 3 mins sprint, 20 push ups, 3 mins sprint, 20 sit ups, 3 mins sprint, 20 burpees then 3 mins sprint. Measure distance.
