Rest day

If you are following the program 3 on, 1 off then rest or do some active recovery.
If not, catch up on a WOD from the previous 7 days.
Or work on a single technique that needs work.
If you are training tomorrow avoid deadlifts.

    Bench Press 5,5, Max
    Did lighter weights-can”t do proper technique flying solo
    80,85, 90kg x 3
    Then
    15,10,5 KB swings @ 32kg and DU”s
    1min54.
    I missed a couple of DU”s but got through it quick enough.

    Cleans Tech practice WU at 40 and 60kg then 3@65kg,3@70,2@75kg. The 15,10,5 x 32kg KB swings and DUs. 2.27. Lost it on the DUs!
