  • 30 box jumps, 60cm/45cm
  • 30 wall ball shots, 9kg/7kg

    26:14. Used a 15kg (approx) rock for wall ball with same motion but no throw.

    sorry WOD, pussied out this morning coz i was already running late…and pussied out again for the open gym session at 10. but at least im honest yeah? so anyways, did:
    5 rounds of:
    400m run
    40 cm step up on a wobbly chair because of uncommon sense.
    30 KB swings 24 kg to eye level. usually its 16 for me, so dont rag me. total time of 20:51 (i hope i did 5 rounds, i may have miscounted at round 3 or 4, and i dont feel too wasted…i think its because the steps ups were too easy)
