Complete each couplet three times, then move to the next couplet:

A1 – KB cross chops, 15ea
A2 – HSPU/Pike push-ups, 15

B1 – Overhead walking lunges, 10-20kg plate, 20m
B2 – GHD/Abmat back extensions, 15

C1 – DB/KB windmills, 10ea
C2 – Strict underhand pull-ups, 10

This workout is not timed. Loads to be determined by coach and/or athlete.
