    Pistols: worked negatives, assisted lowering with a giant rubber band
    Single arm presses: focused on proper bracing and awareness of scapula throughout movement.
    WOD: 23:40
    This WOD was 100% goat, i totally suck at high rep body weight movements. A big thanks to my dad who came to watch me workout and keep my last 50 reps legit.
