  1. Fun and games this morning.

    We went through 5×3 deadlifts, with most people making decent weights (yes, we can all do better!).

    Then the crew got into a partner workout.

    Five rounds of 20 med ball throws over the pull-up bars and twenty partner sit-ups.

    Everyone finished under 10 minutes although sadly most times went un-remembered.

    It was great to see some smiles and laughter in the gym.
