    Good to get in a metcon as well as the strength work today CFV. Sometimes it is perversly satisfying to zone in, get a sweat on and grind one out – was a bit worried to look over my shoulder and see what Zane was grinding out though!! (you kinda had to be there to get that – let’s just say there was a lot of grunting and aaahh at the end!)
