  1. The 6am class covered med ball clean and then created its own WOD: 3 rds or 15 KB swings, 10 situps, 5 burpees. A short, sharp way to end a tough technique session.

    Thank you to all who attended, it was a great way to end the week.

  2. A cracking day in the gym. Great vibe from those who turned up as they got to learn more and focus on technique that needed work.

    Turn up even if it’s a rest day online, you may find it’s the best session you’ve done in a while.
