    scaled: 15 Pullups, not 20 Pull ups. HSPUs head to focus pad

    Runs on treadmill 2%. Heat heat heat becomes a factor in these longer metcons. Felt good on the chins, doing 15 not 20 kept the WOD flowing which was my intention. HSPU’s improved throughout the sets…got my hand position sorted. Squats felt slow…
    Not completely happy with this today…mmm…

    Runs @2%. Kept a good pace throughout and was reasonably happy with my effort. A nice mix of exercises I thought.
