Hot and humid conditions! Ben: 21:31 total time. Hanna: 22:33 total time. Interestingly the treadmills max speed is 18kph which I attempted to use for the shorter runs, but I felt that it was 'cheating' me, so I slowed to below 17kph. After the WOD i timed a 50m sprint at 18kph...28secs!!! Then again at 16kph...12secs. So i was being bent-over by a mathematical error in the treadmill, as the belt speed was definitely fastest at 18kph. (this was not at CFV, so prospective clients don't worry!)
