  • 30 push ups
  • 40 sit ups
  • 50 squats

Rest EXACTLY 3 minutes after each set of squats

    Holy crap. This was super hard. 35degs+, no air con, no fans going, humidity maximal. Absolutely kicked my arse. Hopefully next time we meet conditions will be less harsh. Happy to have completed it!

    Tough WOD, and not feeling 100% at the moment – a lotta crap in the lungs. Happy with my effort though. 5 rounds would have made me sicker I feel.
