    Scaled: (BW 57kg) DL @ 50kg, HPC & Split Jerk @ 30kg
    Didn’t time as some new moves and didn’t want to sacrifice technique. HPC weren’t pretty and 30kg felt heavy. Split Jerk was ok and weight felt comfortable. No hangover today helped!

    Scaled: (BW 78kg) DL @ 80kg, HPC and Push Jerk @ 60kg
    Didn’t time, same reason as Hanna. HPC didn’t feel that smooth on most reps, but got it there. Powerful hip extension alludes me when I try for clean style moves. Push jerk felt reasonable, but wasn’t game to try a split jerk at 60kg.
