Good morning. Any good ideas for a sub for the ball slams? No ball here. I was thinking either explosive KTEs or some other kind of explosive midline exercise. Thanks!

  2. Ben, do the knees to elbows. Great idea.
FYI – the sand hill you see in this photo is the steepest, nastiest sand hill ever.

  3. *Correction: *Where* is it Adam? I can see why!

Yeah it looks very nasty…a deep deep burn!!
Subbed: KTEs 8reps for ball slams.

DL felt good most of the way and was unbroken. KTEs were ok, but not fast and all but the first set were broken. Grip fatigue an issue. I used the ‘power station’ for KTE.
Good challenge, but would have loved to do rx’d.
    Cheers

  5. It’s at Cronulla.
This photo is the last WOD at the Qualifiers.
They went up that hill three times.

Good workout. Forearms toasted. Not strong enough to do full KTEs yet, and no ball for the slams either.
