AMRAP in 20 min

  • Max pull-ups
  • 400m run

Each time you drop from the bar you must run 400m. Your score is your total number of pull ups completed in 20 min.

    Total pullups: 58 (13,9,9,10,8,9)
    A bit of an eye opening workout. Obviously my kipping sucks, and haven’t done many max rep sets of pullups recently…most of the workouts I have been been doing sub max sets with minimal rest to finish in a quicker time. Runs at 2% on treadmill.
    Hanna:
    Scaled: 50kg assistance on pullup machine.
    5rounds + 90m
    Total Pullups: 79 (20,17,15,17,10)
    Went ok, running not that strong still.
