   I missed CF this morning so did the 3K run today (5 x 600m block).

   Very happy with this time as I haven’t been practicing my running regularly for about 5 months. I used to run almost daily but never timed myself so i have no records of previous times. If I can do this without practice, with practice I think I could get it under 10:00 without much difficulty.

   On treadmill @2%. Getting better, but becoming frustrated with running on the treadmill. No alternatives in the concrete jungle around here…any run on the street is hindered by cars, people etc.
