    60,60,70,80,90
    Finally got my confidence and technique back together again. Just needed a couple of sets at a sensible weight. Looking forward to DL coming up again.
    Shoulder Press:
    40,50,50,55,60 (3reps then fail)
    First time in a while and it felt good. Really focused on a good full body lockout.
