First workout in a week after being in bed for nearly 3 complete days. Was happy just to survive it, and while I didn’t have my normal energy reserves (i have 3kgs in the past week from not moving or being able to eat) I was able to push myself somewhat. Glad to be back doing something…a week felt like forever!
Hanna:
Work travel commitments. She’ll be missing the WODs for a fortnight or so, but will do some fitness work of course!
